Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
