Crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower wings made in the air fryer. A perfect vegetarian appetizer for game day or any gathering.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a bowl to make a batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, shaking off excess.
  4. Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Mix buffalo sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
  7. Toss cooked cauliflower in the sauce mixture.
  8. Return to air fryer for 5 more minutes.
  9. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, spray florets with oil before air frying.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to your preferred spice level.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
