  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup bread crumbs (whole wheat or panko)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Lightly brush or spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra crispiness, lightly spray the tenders with cooking oil before air frying.
