A quick and healthy side dish made with fresh broccoli, garlic, and parmesan cheese cooked in an air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the broccoli and cook for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Cut broccoli into even-sized florets for even cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
