Crispy, cheesy air fryer parmesan cauliflower bites make a perfect snack or side dish. They are easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets in beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
