A quick and easy recipe for crispy popcorn shrimp made in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
