A quick and healthy salmon dish cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and tender interior.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dill.
  5. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness (internal temperature should be 145°F).
  8. Serve with lemon slices if desired.
