Crispy and delicious veggie spring rolls made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Water for sealing wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling on a spring roll wrapper and fold tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Lightly brush spring rolls with vegetable oil.
  5. Place spring rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
