- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Water for sealing wrappers
- Mix cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger in a bowl.
