A quick and easy beef and broccoli stir fry that’s budget-friendly and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add sliced beef to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add beef and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  6. Add broccoli and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
