- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onions
