  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions.
