- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Steam or boil the butternut squash until tender. Blend into a smooth puree.
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the butternut squash puree.
- Add milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
