- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 batch cheddar bay biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook until softened.
