- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 4 cups beef broth
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
