Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 tsp lime juice
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Fruit slices or shredded coconut for garnish
Instructions
1. Add coconut water, coconut milk, sweetener, lime juice, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or citrus if needed.
4. Pour into a glass over fresh ice.
5. Garnish with mint, fruit slices, or shredded coconut.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy
Notes
Use fresh coconut for best flavor.
Add pineapple, mango, or herbs for variations.
