  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
