- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, chopped

- 1 tsp dried thyme

- 2 tbsp butter
