  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, then remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, and thyme. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets.
