- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
