A smooth and creamy dip made with dark chocolate and chickpeas. Perfect for pairing with fruits or as a healthy dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-4 tbsp water (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except water to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Add water 1 tbsp at a time to reach desired consistency.
  4. Serve chilled with fruit or crackers.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • For a richer flavor, use high-quality dark cocoa powder.
