  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Top the chips with shredded chicken, black beans, corn, and red onion.
  4. Sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with jalapeños, cilantro, salsa, sour cream, and avocado.
