  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • Optional toppings: spinach, mushrooms, or cooked chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
