A simple and delicious garlic bread recipe that makes the perfect appetizer for any meal.

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
