A creamy and flavorful garlic parmesan orzo dish that’s quick to make and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked orzo, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
