- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 cups chicken or turkey broth
