Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Mix oats, honey, cinnamon, coconut oil, and nuts (if using) in a bowl.
  4. Spoon the oat mixture into the cored apples.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until apples are tender.
  6. Serve warm.
