  • 1/2 cup mashed banana or applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or use liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, honey, egg, vanilla, and mashed banana.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in berries or nuts if using.
  5. Divide the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and golden.
