A healthy twist on the classic Caesar wrap, packed with protein and flavor without the mayo. Perfect for meal prep or a quick lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Bake chicken for 25 minutes or until fully cooked. Let cool, then slice thinly.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  5. Spread dressing on tortillas, then layer with lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan.
  6. Roll tortillas tightly and slice in half before serving.
