Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced apple, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat evenly.
