- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 1/2 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)

- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
