1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raspberry jam
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Whisk flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients.
Divide dough in half, flatten into discs, and chill for 1 hour.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut heart shapes.
Cut smaller hearts from half the cookies.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool completely.
