- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp flour (optional, for thickening)
- Place beef, onion, carrots, potatoes, and garlic in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
