- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
