- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup spinach or lettuce
- Combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
