Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef bones
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 8 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place beef bones in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
  3. Pour in apple cider vinegar and water.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 2 hours.
  6. Allow natural pressure release for 30 minutes.
  7. Strain the broth and discard solids.
  8. Store in jars or containers once cooled.
