- 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan.
