- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp calamansi juice
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
