4 hot dogs, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until combined.
Fold in the hot dog pieces.
