  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles to fit mini muffin tins.
  3. Press pastry circles into greased mini muffin tins.
  4. Whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together.
  5. Divide cheese, ham, and spinach among pastry cups.
  6. Pour egg mixture over fillings in each cup.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
