- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
