Easy no-bake mini cheesecake cups made with a graham cracker crust and creamy filling. Perfect for portion control and quick desserts.

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press 1 tbsp of the mixture into the bottom of each mini cupcake liner.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  5. Spoon filling over crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Top with fruit or chocolate before serving.
