A creamy and delicious no-bake pumpkin cheesecake that’s easy to make.

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Refrigerate crust for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well.
  6. Fold in whipped topping.
  7. Spread filling over chilled crust.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
