A simple no-knead focaccia bread recipe that requires minimal effort and delivers delicious results.

Ingredients

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet (7g) active dry yeast
  • 400ml warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover with a towel and let rise for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  5. Pour dough into an oiled baking pan. Dimple with fingers.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and sea salt.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
