A refreshing non-alcoholic holiday punch made with apple juice, spices, and citrus flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp whole cloves
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 2 cups ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice in a large pot.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks and cloves.
  3. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  4. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes.
  5. Strain out spices.
  6. Add orange and apple slices.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  8. Just before serving, add ginger ale.
  9. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • For a stronger spice flavor, steep longer.
  • Garnish with extra fruit slices.
