  • 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken sausage and cook for 5 minutes until browned.
  3. Add bell peppers and onion to the pan.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
