2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme, then add to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
