A simple and healthy one-pan dish featuring tilapia flavored with lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange lemon slices on top of the fillets.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
