  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in macaroni, beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot.
