A quick and easy one-pot meal with ground beef, pasta, and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups uncooked pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the beef broth, milk, diced tomatoes, pasta, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
