A quick and creamy one-pot pasta with feta and tomatoes. Perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 block feta cheese (7 oz)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Place tomatoes, feta, and garlic in baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with red pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  6. Mix baked feta and tomatoes with pasta.
  7. Stir in fresh basil before serving.
