A festive twist on classic brownies with peppermint bark topping, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water in a bowl.
  3. Pour batter into greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in microwave.
  6. Stir in peppermint extract.
  7. Spread melted chocolate over cooled brownies.
  8. Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
  9. Let set before cutting.
